The baund wis formed bi Justin Longshore in 2003 efter the break-up o a previous group, Tellherisaidgoodbye Their first full-length album wis released in 2005 through Prosthetic Records. Shortly afore, ivery member except for Longshore an Gunnells left. The baund's influences include Morbid Angel, Cannibal Corpse (as suggestit bi the baund's name, possibly taken frae the Cannibal Corpse sang "Staring Through the Eyes of the Dead"), an At the Gates.
The baund haes released three records wi Prosthetic Records: Bloodlust in 2005, Malice in 2007, an Skepsis in 2010.
