In Mairch 2010, she suffered an ankle injury at the Indian Wells Masters that kept her oot o competition for five months an saw her faw oot o the tap 200.

She reboondit in 2011 an wan the Aegon Classic afore enterin the Wimbledon Championships as a wildcard an gangin on tae reach the semifinals, whaur she lost tae Maria Sharapova. In daein so she acame anly the seicont woman in Wimbledon history tae mak it tae the semifinals while enterin the toornament as a wildcard.[1] She follaeed that twa months later bi winnin her third WTA toornament, the Texas Open. In 2012, she achieved her career-heichest ranking, 12t, an again reached the quarterfinals o the Wimbledon Championships.
