Rabia (Arabic: ربيعة) is a toun in northwastren Sirie, admeenistratively pairt o the Latakia Govrenorate, locatit north o Latakia. Nearbi localities include Kesab tae the north, Mashqita an Ayn al-Bayda tae the soothwast an Qastal Ma'af tae the wast. Accordin tae the Sirie Central Bureau o Statistics, Rabia haed a population o 1,986 in the 2004 census.[1]
