Nizhny Tagil (Roushie: Ни́жний Таги́л; IPA: [ˈnʲiʐnʲɪj tɐˈgʲil]) is a ceety in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Roushie, situatit 25 kilometers (16 mi) east o the virtual border atween Europe an Asie. Population: 390,498 (2002 Census);[2] 439,521 (1989 Census).[5]
