Mascarpone (/ˌmæskɑrˈpn/, or /ˈmɑːskərpn/; Italian: [maskarˈpoːne])[1] is an Italian cheese made frae cream, coagulatit bi the addeetion o citric acid or acetic acid.[2][3]
