Marie Harel (born Marie Catherine Fontaine; Apryle 28, 1761[1] – November 9, 1844) wis a French cheesemakker, wha, accordin tae local leegend, inventit Camembert cheese, alang wi Abbot Charles-Jean Bonvoust.[2]
