Krasnoarmeysky Destrict (Roushie: Красноарме́йский райо́н) is an admeenistrative[1] an municipal[3] destrict (raion) o Primorsky Krai, Roushie; ane o the twinty-twa in the krai. It is locatit in the central portion o the krai an borders wi Pozharsky Destrict in the northwast an north, Terneysky Destrict in the east, the territory o the toun o Dalnegorsk in the sooth, an wi Dalnerechensky Destrict in the soothwast an wast. The aurie o the destrict is 20,603.4 square kilometer (7,955.0 sq mi).[4] Its admeenistrative centre is the landwart locality (a selo) o Novopokrovka. Destrict's population: 20,820 (2002 Census);[8] 27,555 (1989 Census).[9] Population o Novopokrovka accounts for 19.4% o the destrict's population.[8]
The climate conditions o the Krasnoarmeysky Destrict sharply differ frae those on the coast.
