Jibacoa or mair properly Playa Jibacoa is a fishin veelage in the Mayabeque Province o Cuba.
It is locatit in the municipality o Santa Cruz del Norte, at the mooth o the Rio Jibacoa, 60 km east o Havana.
The settlement wis foondit in 1756 on the location o a corral.
In the 1990s, an aw-inclusive resort (unner the Jamaican Superclub Breezes buist) wis built east o the veelage. This wis ane o the first openins o Cuban economy tae foreign investments.
