Jasmila Žbanić (born 19 December 1974) is a film director frae Bosnie an Herzegovinae an a graduate o the Academy o Performin Airts in Sarajevo's Depairtment for Theatre an Film Directin. In 1997, she foondit the airtist's association "DEBLOKADA". Žbanić haes a young dochter namit Zoe. Her 2010 film Na putu wis nominatit for the Golden Bear at the 60th Berlin International Film Festival. Accordin tae Žbanić, her first name is a deliberate corruption o the name Jasmina.
