Isuzu Motors America discontinued the sale o passenger vehicles in the Unitit States effective Januar 31, 2009. The company explained tae its dealers that it haed no been able tae secure replacements for the Isuzu Ascender an Isuzu i-Series that woud be commercially viable. Isuzu sauld 7,098 caurs in the year 2007.
