Hebei Destrict (simplifeed Cheenese: 河北区; traditeeonal Cheenese: 河北區; pinyin: Héběi Qū) is a destrict o the municipality o Tianjin, Fowkrepublic o Cheenae. Its name literally means "Destrict north o the River", as the destrict is locatit on the northren shore o the o the Hai River, pairt o the Grand Canal.
