Wehbe was born in Mahrouna, a smaw Muslim Shia fermin toun in Lebanon, tae a Lebanese Muslim Shia father, Nadim Antar, an an Egyptian mither, but shortly efterwaird her faimily muivit tae Beirut whaur she grew up listenin tae jazz an R&B an began tae wirk as a full-time model at a young age.[1] Wehbe won the title of Miss South Lebanon at the age of sixteen.[3] Wehbe wis a runner-up at the Miss Lebanon competition.[4]

Wehbe made a name for hersel when she starred in a muisic video clip for the famous Arabic crooner an aw, George Wassouf. Bi 1996, she haed appeared on ower ane hunder magazine covers.

Wehbe is a Lebanese Muslim, an she haes three sisters. Wehbe's brither focht in the 1982 Lebanon War, an wis killed in action at the age o 24.[5][6][7] Wehbe's dochter haes been livin wi her faither syne her parents divorce. In 2008 Wehbe's dochter wis marriet in a private ceremony. As o 2010, Zeinab Zaza an her faither are livin in Kuwait.

In 2005, Wehbe annooncit her engagement tae a Saudi businessman Tariq Al-Jaffali. Efter anerlie a few weeks, she an her fiancé decidit tae split for personal raisons an faimily issues.

On 25 Juin 2007, Wehbe survivit an accident while filmin a muisic video for the sang "Hasa Ma Bena" in Lebanon. In the video, a single ingine airplane wis tae chase Wehbe as she drove a caur. Housomeivver, the airplane inadvertently hit the caur, takkin aff the front windshield o the convertible she wis drivin.[8] Despite the severity o the accident, Wehbe suffered anerlie minor cuts an bruises.

Wehbe marriet Egyptian businessman Ahmad Abu Husheima on 24 Aprile 2009 in Beirut.[9]

It was announced that Wehbe and Abu Husheima had split in November 2012.
