Drapetsona (Greek: Δραπετσώνα) is a suburb an a umwhile municipality in the wastren pairt o Piraeus, Greece. Syne the 2011 local govrenment reform it is pairt o the municipality Keratsini-Drapetsona, o which it is a municipal unit.[2]

In the 1830s Drapetsona wis constitutit o fowk who muivit frae Greek islands an built smaw destricts near Saunt Dionysios kirk in the aurie cried Vourla. In 1834 a pairt o the region wis gien tae Piraeus in order tae become a cemetery under the term of churches’ reconstruction. An aw a great nummer o bordels wis establisht in 1873 tae the wast o Saunt Dionysios. Efter the Asie Minor Catastrophe in 1922 thare wis a notable population increase.
