Al-Qabu (Arabic: القبو, an aw spelt Kabu) is a toun in central Sirie, admeenistratively part o the Homs Govrenorate, northwast o Homs. Nearbi localities include Taldou an Kafr Laha tae the northeast an Fahel tae the wast. Accordin tae the Central Bureau o Statistics (CBS), al-Qabu haed a population o 4,870 in the 2004 census.[1] The inhabitants are predominantly Alawites.[2]
